A very well-done whale carved out of a hedge greets visitors to the house across the street from Starbucks in Cook St village. I wonder how many people have actually *noticed* it; while we were admiring it, 3 groups of people walked by engrossed in their own lives, and didn't appear to notice it.

Well, nice work to the artist - at least *we* enjoyed it!
